Experimental Spanish syllable counting
Counting syllables in Spanish follows different pronunciation rules than English, including diphthongs, stress and vowel combinations. This first version uses a general vowel-group estimate with accent normalization, so it is best for quick practice and should not be treated as a Spanish poetry or formal scansion authority.
